French plaits have had my love from the very start. Laura Croft was the first to introduce me to them, Angelina Jolie rocked the crap out of them in Lara Croft Tomb Raider and I was in awe (it was 2001 and I was easily impressionable okay).

Now I finally got the chance to rock the shit out of them.
